If a psycho killer said he would kill one innocent person every minute until you allowed him to saw your arm off, how many people would he have to kill before you agreed? And would it make any difference if everybody knew about your decision?
I would just let Jigsaw take the arm right away, I mean at some point 6 hours in with hundreds dead I'd break anyway so why delay it...nah my reasoning would be the same either way, though NGL the pressure of people knowing and dragging me on Twitter for it is a thought
