I usually do something that I love (such as writings, watch movies, fangirling, etc) or eat my favorite food to lighten up my mood. If it doesn’t work anymore, I just talk with my friend and do rants a lot. It would be nice to have someone who will listen to you when you need it the most.
I'd shower. Give myself a nice bath and take my time in the showers. Doing acts that feels like I'm putting myself together really calms me in ways I can't comprehend. I feel like, that if I do these excercises, it would feel like I'm being taken care of—that at least I care about my own well-being. Even if it means I'd have to submit something late or get caught in a more agoning fight, for as long as I took some time off to calm myself, I'm sure I could tackle anything larger. I will always take my time off.
