Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer: Zi-O was a shit tier show, but this movie is the worst of what it has to offer. The entire thing is an hour long middle finger to the Heisei era, with an awful metatextual story and moral, more screwing over the space time continuum, a terrible Drive tribute, an annoying Nobunaga who acts like a petulant child who only cares about banging some white chick, not explaining a god damn thing, a reoccurring issue with Zi-O, character assassination for Woz, awful villains, and in general just a giant middle finger to the Heisei era.

Kamen Rider Taisen was bad, but that at least had one good interaction between Takumi and Kamen Rider X. This? There's nothing movie has to offer thats good.

Not only is this the worst Toku movie I've watched, but this is the worst thing Shimoyama has written period, and thats saying a lot considering how bad a writer he already is. Sure, Ninninger was bad, but to be fair, that was trying to be a comedic series. This is trying to take itself seriously and it fails.

This movie represents everything wrong with Zi-O. Insulting, disrespectful, and badly written.
