Please!!! Nobara and Yuuji would be so weirded out by Gojo and Megumi's relationship. The moment the two of them see how touchy their sensei is with Megumi ot notice just how high his voice gets when calling out to his favorite student, they suspect it isn't just a case of shameless favoritism.

Nobara and Yuuji realize that Gojo and Megumi possess something much more passionate and intimate when they really take the time to notice just how soft, sweet and private each of their interactions are. How Megumi - the typically reluctant and shy boy, too embarrassed to reciprocate physical affection - blushes and leans into Satoru's offered touch, smiling behind the protective collar. Or, how Satoru would treat Megumi, not as a student, but as an equal: offering to sit on the dirty ground just so Megumi could sit comfortably; going to restaurants and attractions that Megumi preferred; always so protective of the other's well-being during missions (not because he doubted Megumi's potential as a sorcerer, but, because Megumi was irreplaceable, his everything).

And, after some time, Yuuji and Nobara accept their immoral and unconventional relationship. However, their acceptance switches the moment they realize just how long Satoru has been present in Megumi's life... 9 years, nearly a decade... since Megumi was a child.

"You need to be locked up, old man!" Nobara protested.

"Did you groom Fushiguro-kun, sensei? I thought you were a good guy!!" Yuuji wailed.

They eventually relent and drop the subject but, every once in awhile, when Satoru is acting particularly condescending or arrogant, Nobara will shove the fact in his face and watch as his confidence crumbles and he fumbles to excuse himself.
