hello! may I ask, what will you do if you're overwhelmed by the feeling of sadness?

Hmhmhm I try to listen to music, watching some movies (biasanya bisa sampe 5 film kalo lagi sedih t__t), and take a veeeery long rest to cope my sadness. Kadang kadang juga rapihin kamar biar sedihnya ilang hehe (it helps me a lot tbh). I hope it helps yaaa, pokonya kalau sedih jangan ditahan ok!! 😕

Isolate myself for a while, do things that distract my bad thoughts, and maybe when I'm ready I'll talk to someone I trust. But, i really need to have time to get those emotions out, so don't bottle them up....

If I get overwhelmed by sadness, it's only natural if I cry really hard. If crying doesn't suffice, I will try to find a distraction like watching my favorite series/movies.

Drowning it out, is usually the first thing I do when I don't think I'm capable of embracing it yet; loud music usually help. Reading, too.
