I feel like Sephiroth would show up with a very scary reputation especially with his big "I'm such a bad villain" entrance, but that would quickly give way once everyone saw Pichu tailing him around and hanging off of/hanging out in his coat. Is Sephi training Pichu to be a little minion or is he just petting and cuddling him? What do the Remnants think of Pichu? What would his moveset be, and would Sephi try to teach him any moves or did he just know them to begin with?
I think that Pichu wants to be his evil minion like independently and Seph is like "oh, alright" and lets him hang off him and protects Pichu when Pichu does insane things. I think bcs of this arrangement Seph ends up helping Pichu learn moves and get stronger so Pichu can defeat it's own rivals like Pikachu. But I also imagine that Seph sometimes pets Pichu especially if Pichu gets really sick or damaged.
I think all of the Remnants would enable Pichu and be on the same level cos they basically are Pichu-minded. Especially Loz and Kadaj.
I imagine Pokemon irl know all their moves or a good portion and aren't limited to four. Also I believe irl Pokemon have the potential to learn a ton of moves that are 'illegal' if they were like specially trained or something. I think Pichu would use Iron Tail a lot.
