tf2 piss kink is a YES. i have a huge piss kink myself too so i must indulge in adding it onto the mercs as well. perhaps im a little biased, but i do think all of the mercs r disgusting and nasty so they would all totally be into it

scout: prefers to piss on s/o or the others. horrible water intake, so his piss is equivalent to battery acid. will purposefully aim into his victims eye. doesnt care for pissing directly in the mouth, moreso on the face. if hes the one getting pissed on or having to drink piss, i think he would pretend not to enjoy it, but he definitely would

soldier: will piss anywhere, anytime. no shame. does not care. also horrible water intake, so its acidic. will kick s/o down and piss on them, usually aims for the chest. will degrade s/o while doing so or encourage them to take it like a man

heavy: definitely one to piss inside you while fucking you (or another merc). hes a big guy, so he definitely holds a lot of piss. id say his water intake is decent, so his piss is decent as well, but god is it A LOT. will end with his piss dripping or spilling out of a hole

sniper: i dont even need to explain. enjoys pissing anywhere, prefers watching another drink it. whether thats from his jars or directly in the mouth. also has a lot, so s/o will undoubtedly choke, especially if its directly in the mouth. this guy also enjoys drinking piss too so do what you will with that

spy: uses pissing as more of a punishment sort of thing. holds s/o’s mouth open with one hand and uses the other to aim. makes sure not a drop is wasted. id say he has a pretty decent water intake, so his piss isnt horrible. would also totally make s/o piss themselves and force them to be like that for however he sees fit.

engineer: will also have s/o piss themselves and make them stay that way. would also totally piss onto them and make them stay in the soggy, piss-ridden clothes

demo: his piss is 10x worse than scouts. only alcohol in his system. pure battery acid. a disgusting color. plus he has to go often because of the alcohol, so…yah. if s/o is around, he will drunkenly convince or force them to be his urinal since he doesnt wanna get up or go too far. a mouth is extremely convenient. WILL laugh at s/o if they cant take it all, and will proceed to keep pushing them to their limits (or just going over)

pyro: with pyro vision, it probably doesnt even look like piss, but who knows? in the event where it doesnt, perhaps looking more like a stream of hot fudge, he would grab s/o and try to get them to taste the flavor. he just wants to share the joy, but little does he know, he’s pissing down ur throat or into ur hands

medic: freakiest of them all. not afraid of being pissed on or pissing on others, or drinking it. if hes pissing on s/o, hes very sadistic about it. plugs their nose and purposefully makes them choke or drink it all. if he’s getting pissed on or drinking it, he’s more than delighted. relishes in it.
