Isn't it strange how the mad milk recipe in tf2 requires jarate? What does that imply about Scout, in your opinion?

definitely implies that scout gets jarate in some way. maybe steals it? perhaps he asks for it nicely, which leads to sniper making scout do HIM a favor in return?
