How do you face your own fear? How to fight those scary thoughts that lingers even before you start it? Like.. the fear of new environment, something that never happened before.. (I’m so sorry if this question might too heavy to answer.. 🥺)

I would validate and also think about the fears and scary thoughts that I have. I don't want them to be excluded. And by acknowledging the fear that I have, I know that there is something wrong with me. Furthermore, I would think what would be the best way to get out of this. It could be doing something else or try not to think about it, or I would ask to other people's opinions to solve the problems. It is normal to fear things over something new that you have never experienced before because you probably have higher expectation on what should the come out will be. By the time you are get used to it, it will be your normal activity.
