Joltenne met Haikili when she was very young, having fled her house for a bit and got lost. That's when she found a Pichu emerging from the rustling grass and offered him a cookie. Haikili ended up following her home and eventually she adopted him. The two have grown together, experienced gains and losses, and have gotten through thick and thing, making them almost inseparable.
