it's probably both tbh. I think there's definitely some who do it cuz they like him and have this weird fascination with wanting him to be dating certain other (female ofc) idols, but some of the more shady rumors are def started by akgaes. Regardless, popularity will bring you good and bad attention unfortunately :(
