2001 eroge about a dirty old man? Is that Kisaku? If so, have you enjoyed Shuusaku as well?

Bingo. Kisaku. And yes, Shuusaku is another favorite of mine. I think Kisaku's all the better if you're familiar with the earlier two titles (though beyond some decent gameplay innovations for the time, Isaku isn't really worth playing). They're not super well known outside of our niche, but I consider Shuusaku to be a real gamechanger on Elf's part even if it's a little clunky by modern standards. Kisaku was shockingly provocative and emotive (and just plain funny).
