Can you delete claims of ppl who did not submit the forms within 24 hrs instead of 48? These might be spam claimers and they do these to stop actual interested writers from claiming those prompts andthis happens in other fests too. Since most writers claim during the first day, can you remove them faster?
Hi! So far, most claims have been filled out through form so this isn’t a big issue. And we can see if they are spam claimers, they aren’t (we have a rule of two prompts per claimer which was adhered). However, some claims may be new writers so we had DMed a few of them and asked them to fill out the claiming form. And we believe 48 hours is a pretty decent time, since there are months of claiming left.
