Greetings to you, Lady Almarala. I am Phlegethon, Lord of Domination, Conquest, and Violence. I recently tasted total defeat for the first time in my eons of conquest. I have been defeated by those Heavenly Guardians before, but never before have my forces been torn asunder and routed by a single individual, nor have I felt terror grip my heart. I have been told the individual was mortal, but I refuse to believe it.

But, for my question. Have you ever had your plans thwarted completely through the actions of a single interloper?

Hail to thee, Lord of Conquering. I have heard the tale of your unprecedented failure. I do urge you to remember that, despite the exacerbation of a single failure, your victories resound loudly across the Rings. Mortals are especially unpredictable individuals, for most. Do not be so surprised by their ability to be resourceful. Since their natural power is not extensive, they find artificial ways to match us.

As to any ruin brought about to my plans? Not to a greatly meaningful degree. It should also be considered that I, myself, have never endeavored to invade a mortal realm as of yet. However, the closest interference I have ever faced was the death of my pet, Forgotten. However, I knew I would have to sacrifice during The Young At The Gates. I'm sure the term means very little to you, but know that it was a pivotal moment in my eternal campaign.
