Dream scenario: You get to make a VN crossover game! (A la Kingdom Hearts) What are you picking for your worlds and your party members?

THIS IS SO FUN-Ok, so, for worlds, I'm thinking you could have Glory Hounds, Burrows, Temptation's Ballad, Adastra, The Hayseed Knight, Echo (time travel gimmick to allow all eras), Nekojishi, Clawstar, and The Pirate's Fate. I think that covers a wide range of genres! As for my party, I'm picking Dawn Hound and Eina! That's a team that's gonna kick some serious ass!
The partners you could choose from every world would be: Glory Hound's Dawn Hound, Burrows' Grey, Temptation's Ballad's Cole, Adastra's Amicus, The Hayseed Knight's Eina, Echoverse's William, Nekojishi's Likulau, Clawstar's Elijah, and The Pirate Fate's Mila.
Also, here's the summon I think you would get from each world: Glory Hounds would give Milo, Burrows would give Ken, Temptation's Ballad would give Hamish and Marrow Bonebreaker, Adastra would give Neferu, The Hayseed Knight would give Gyof, Echo would give the electric socket monster, Nekojishi would give Guardian Tiger, Clawstar would give Tremor, and The Pirate's Fate would give Darious.

What genre do you prefer more in VNs- sci-fi or fantasy? Assuming the same level of quality, of course.

I've seen more of fantasy than sci-fi, so that might skew it, but I'd say fantasy for now. But I love sci-fi, too!

Hey Vivian hope you are doing well. My question for you would be about Repeat - What do you think of reading it again? You are probably aware of a lot of new stuff thrown there in last few years - new main characters sprites, some rewrites, new beautiful CCs and LORE!

Absolutely! I feel like I will always come back to Repeat in one way or another. I've loved seeing Shirokoi's work progress over the years! I'm very proud of him.

You have so much experience with FVNs, dis you ever consider to create your own? How it'll look like?

I've had several ideas over the years! I've played with Ren'Py a bit. I'm kinda scared to do it, tbh. I feel like I have years of karma built up that would hit me the moment I put something out there, from all of the time I have spent commenting on other people's content.

Absolutely! A bunch, if I ever get the time! I wanna finish EA, The Hayseed Knight, Where the Demon Lurks, Temptation's Ballad, The Smoke Room, Repeat, Katawa Shoujo, Wolfstar, Not It, Lyre, Regal Tails, and Wicked Willow. I want to revisit Endless Bounty, Tennis Ace, Roll for Romance, Clawstar, Winds of Change, Santa Lucia, Password, Khemia, Interia, Homecoming Morenatsu Revisited, After Class, Kingsguard, 9:22, Familiar Travels, and Socially Awkward. I got a lot of plans and not a lot of time to do it!

What are the most emotionally impactful moments you've experienced while reading VNs?

Oh, there's been lots. Just thinking off the top of my head, Coach Grifter's near death experience, the cafe falling on Jinny, Leo's bad ending, the assault in Chester's route, the Coach Grifter finale, our death in Adastra, Jun's bad end, Murdoch's confession, Mark's flashforward, and probably so many more that I'm not thinking of right now! It's been a hell of a ride!

Do you have some favorite songs in the game OSTs you've played?

Oh, definitely! A few that stick out immediately are the opening themes to The Hayseed Knight, Burrows, and Glory Hounds.

I love your videos! You inspired me to play FVNs myself. It's a shame that your videos are more scarce nowaday but I understand that running a youtube channel is hard work and you have your own personal life to take care of as well. Have a nice rest of the winter and enjoy the beginning spring.

That's been on my radar for a LONG time! Honestly, I'm not sure why I haven't tackled it yet. Maybe I'm just gunshy about taking on such a long series, since it seems to have been going on for a long time? What do you think about Hazbin hotel?

I used to watch the pilot multiple times a day, but I have yet to watch the show. I'm just chronically bad at watching new content lol but from what I have seen and watched, I enjoy it!

I really need to get back to it! I've made a promise to myself that I can't retire from YouTube until I, at least, complete EA! So, unless plans change or I die first, it should happen!

As for my actual question, out of any scene in something you've played or read, either VN or just a regular game, what has resonated with you most?

Thank you! YOU'RE heavily appreciated! For VN's that resonated with me, I feel like Temptation's Ballad or Glory Hounds do a great job of doing so in a positive way. If I include a full range of emotions, I'd have to also definitely include Burrows. As for non VN games, Paper Mario TTYD and Final Fantasy X are my go to answers!

XD IT'S NOT A REAL WORD!
The actual story is that it was just over used in early builds of Repeat, and so it became a running joke, getting more and more over the top in the years since, especially after it started popping up in other games.

Ranking of favorite routes you've played through in Tennis Ace form favorite to least favorite and why?

Jun - He's the best, I love him, and I feel it represents every character the best.
Keisuke - I love him, and his plot is probably the most engaging of the three.
Shoichi - His route keeps the game on theme the best, but I just don't like Shoichi's character enough to enjoy it.
