I believe it is a "place" where people go after they died that were truly evil and caused a lot of pain and suffering to others. Our physical body will die and rot, but not our astral body, our soul, spirit, monade. It was never born and can never die and you cannot except to commit the most gruesome, evil crimes to others and not to be punished. The world does not work like that. I don't blame the world for not working like that. I blame the world for existing.
