I love comparing and contrasting 185 and 285 (or older) as new dads. 185 is handed over his new son, this pink, squishy little alien, and Yuuji is treated with the rare, adorable sight of his boyfriend/fiance looking like he has no idea wtf to do. And yet, while his arms are stiff as planks and his face is set in an awkward frown, there is softness in his eyes. "...He's so ugly." he murmurs, the first words he says about his son after he's born, and Yuuji gently swats his arm sjdkf
Meanwhile +285 takes his new son from his wife/fiance/boyfriend- his Yuuji with gentle confidence, cupping the back of the baby's head with one hand and supporting his bottom with the other, scooping him against his strong chest. He smiles down, glowing just as warmly and brightly as the mother. "Hey there little guy. I see that white hair. Are you gonna take after me? We're gonna make all sorts of trouble for mommy." Gojo croons, and Yuuji is treated with the rare, adorable sight of the great Gojo Satoru getting slightly misty-eyed.
omg anon-kun this was 🥺🥺🥺🥺 SO CUTE?? I really love the idea that Gojo is kind of emotionally rattled by the idea of children? Especially since (in my interpretation here) it's something he wasn't ever expecting he'd get the chance to experience? So, at different points in life, his reaction would be really different! I think anyone having a kid at 18yo nowadays might have some difficulties, that's really young to commit to starting a family! (he'd be fine with mama yuuji though lol) And honestly idk if 285 thought that he'd get this far... ;w; thanks for sharing anon-kun it was super cute <3
