Should I play Blue Reflection before watching Blue Reflection Ray and playing Blue Reflection Seconds Light?

If you want to, sure, it def offers context. Just keep in mind it's a pretty bare bones RPG that lives and dies on aesthetic. And soundtrack.
Amazing aesthetic tho. Mind blowing OST.
