Yes! I've witnessed it firsthand. My friend's little brother used to be a shy, timid, and soft-spoken kid until he started smoking weed.. Like a lot of it. Now he exumes confidence and is one of the funniest people I know. Not sure if there's a correlation, but it had to have aided him in some way.
