Just wanted to say that it’s nice to see someone else who shares my feelings about Nao. I was initially looking forward to her character and thought she was going to be a female Kai Toshiki (a strong rival), but became disappointed when her portrayal became more misogynistic as the series went on. She lost to Akina when it mattered, needed his support to beat Mondo, and gets damseled at the end of S2. If you could, how would you change Nao’s story? And if she had to exist, how would you justify evil Nao?
