I’ve had, of course, faced some of them. There’s nothing more horrible in a relationship than knowing your partner was not willing to communicate with you the same way you would for them. Although if I have to be very honest, most of us who are raised in Asian household are not very good communicators ourselves.

Yes, since my parents have a lot of employee.....At times, it can be hard to speak up in meetings or to push for my ideas, especially when I'm nervous about contradicting someone more senior than me. Even when I do speak up, sometimes it feels like my ideas are dismissed or ignored. This can be discouraging, and it can make me feel like I'm not contributing meaningfully to the team.
