Well, it's true that not every information online will be good and dissociative discorders have a bad history with it, but medical skepticism isn't too good. like, yk, there's a difference between diagnosis criteria which u asked for and between stuff that's mostly about personal experience of systems, like how certain stuff feel etc, because that's really broad and depends on many stuff. I totally think that to educate yourself on most stuff u can't just google dsm5, but in this case it's just,, the only option ig? like I really couldn't provide more detailed answer bc I can only speak on myselfđź’” i know u had no bad intentions and I appreciate u wanting to learn, don't worry!!
