What will you do if you feel like you got the warning because you're slowly losing your self and your sanity?

i will take a rest for a moment, get some fresh air or i'll just sleep. after that, i'll try to figure it out with talking to myself.

If my head talking loud i'll sleep. But if i can't sleep because my head is so noisy i'll do ... drawing ... any red line
