thank you, dearest sesame 🥰💕!! hmm, I'd say it'd probably be a few lines of description that come to me, or a particular visual metaphor, or even the rough outline of a scene. It's hard to describe the conceptualization process because aphantasia makes it very foggy in my brain, but certain songs and their lyrics tend to help an idea along ^^
