oh gosh. I've technically been a jihanist since late 2018, so the exact reason I started liking them is a bit foggy, but I can tell you why I like them now!

A big thing I adore for pairings is "like attracts like" and jihan is the Most like attracts like EVER. The peak of it, even. Ever since debut, they've clicked in a way that feels like they're on a specific wavelength reserved just for them. They're the same brand of silly and devious, they're apparently always making strange bets with even stranger penalties, and they love scheming together for funsies against the other members (see, multiple GoSes, OFD: Japan, any live that they're in together)

Also, they're glued to each other's sides. Constantly. If jihan are not standing/sitting shoulder-to-shoulder for more than a fraction of a second, they will begin to crumple on a molecular level (very real) (source: just trust me) HFKDJD- but, for real, they gravitate towards each other whenever they can and I just really like that. Something something having that one person who you can find solace in, whose shoulders you can rest your head on when you need it. ahhh, it just means so much to me 🥹
