hello, dear sesame!! 🥰 and oh, that's a very good question! my snake knowledge is admittedly very limited, but I adore hognose snakes (the upturned snout and polite little face just has me so endeared;;) and the Formosan Odd-Scaled Snake, which I found out about recently and is so so pretty (its dark scales look iridescent in light and, as a lover of shinies, that is my favourite thing ever!!). I also love coral snakes with their vibrant colours, set in these gorgeous patterns of bands/stripes (even though I would be terrified to swim in any water where they live).

ahhh, I'll be doing a deep dive into the snake rabbithole whenever I have the time, so I will keep you updated if I find any more cool ones that I like 🥰✨️
