which game has the superior ziplines: Veilguard or The Quarry
the quarry has just the one zipline, i believe... when it comes to ziplines plural, the quarry simply lacks the ammunition to compete with veilguard's dozens of zipline...

i like jambalaya a lot... i love seeing the broth develop and the rice soak it up... i like the assembly of a big sandwich or salad... i like waking up to a slow cooker stew...

number one thing is you gotta be cool. if you stay cool then anything is possible. number two thing is always use dead drops. then they cannot prove that any transaction occurred.

in this moment in time it might actually be dragon age. despite the games not being especially good, i find myself thinking of "the franchise" a lot. i'm listening to their youtube audio drama which is how you know i'm lost in the sauce.

crystal! have you played any cool video games lately? or maybe bad ones? tell me about them if you please
i've been picking away at "eastward" bit by bit for several months now... chinese action rpg with zelda dungeons and mother 3 characters. gorgeous high-res gba style spritework that makes a good canvas for lighting effects. just a really nice vibe in general that reminds me of reading an adventure comic book. controlling two characters at once can get a little fiddly though, and NPCs definitely talk too much for their own good. that's basically why small sessions fill me up for a long time, but i always enjoy when i come back. it's rare for me to play a game in small chunks like this rather than straight through, and it's a nice change of pace... i guess that pace is also what helps it feel like reading a currently running monthly comic series.
