Unfortunately yes. I use it because lots of my friends and contacts regularly use it. I need to have it installed on my phone in order to communicate with them. Also WhatsApp is probably among the few messaging apps that haven't been blocked by the Islamic regime. That's why lots of my contacts use it. Anyway I don't like the app at all. Compared to Telegram it has many flaws.
