How do you know you’re stressed?
I get nervous, anxious, and fidgety. Besides the mental consequences, stress sometimes manifests itself physically. It's more likely that my Dystonia triggers when I'm under stress. Like last week, I had a "minor fit" in the middle of the class. I felt mortified while explaining what happened.
