Do you cook your own food? If so what's your routine? Do you plan ahead? Have a meal plan? Cook according to plan or more spontaneously? Do you stock food and ingredients for this or do you buy more often instead?

Yeah, most of the time I cook my own food. I try to have a plan but sometimes I forget. I usually just put frozen meat in the fridge the day before. I usually try to buy ingredients for several meals.
