mm i see shinjiro as very much so unlabelled. i don’t think he’d have preference or would even think about it, to me he’s an anything goes type of guy. i don’t think he’d be demiromantic, but i like to see him as the type of guy that wouldn’t really trust being intimate or even just vulnerable with anyone (distrustful of himself and others), so he’ll still get crushes (but not many), and only feel comfortable exploring that stuff with time. a more slow and steady “i don’t want to rush them, and i don’t wanna mess this up” mentality. that being said i love the idea of the pills fucking with his libido. making him both the more horny one and the one that wants to exercise control and not rush too much. tormenting himself

akihiko i personally like seeing as homosexual but like. it’s not a very rigid hc? either that or male leaning bisexual. i see him more heavily as demiro - part of why i disliked his link was how quickly you can start seeing indications of romantic affection (that i cope myself into seeing as platonic). i enjoy akihiko much more as someone who finds attraction in someone over time as he learns more about them and as their dynamic shifts, and not someone who really has ever had a typical “crush” (hence how he’s so oblivious to the realm of the romantic). i also like seeing akihiko as the more eager one once a relationship has begun. sort of knowing like wow i shouldn’t rush too heavily into this but also Wow that feels nice. he’d get too into exploring, be told to slow down, and then would feel embarrassed about it for the remainder of the week. but they’d figure it out. i think without the whole pill make libido go boingnngng i like to see akihiko as the more sexually interested one. but also not know how to really initiate that. overall no pills i see them around the same libido range. i think they could fuck after battle. it’d be good for them
