the dacryphilia lore began like a while back as a joke. because in shinjiro's social link he mentions that akihiko was and is a crybaby. and akihiko mentions that whenever he'd cry he'd go to shinjiro. and the joke was about shinjiro developing a sexual attraction to his crying face later on in their lives and suddenly not being very comfortable whenever akihiko would have his moments. because he'd obviously want to be there to lend his friend a shoulder. but he also wouldn't want to see akihiko crying because he finds it hot and feels guilty about the fact that he finds it hot. and naturally he wouldn't want akihiko to catch onto the fact that he pops a boner from it, since he wouldn't want to make akihiko feel uncomfortable. which your friend popping a boner while you're breaking down crying would probably do.

look i just find a lot of amusement in awkward sexual situations like that. it's like doubly funny with the mental image that akihiko is a fugly ass crier but shinjiro still finds the wet cheeked red-rim-eyed puffy-lipped vulnerability on his face hot as hell. also i just really love giving shinjiro a kink that he'd feel incredibly guilty over. it's like most things he wouldn't gaf about. he could lick toes no problem but i think he'd be like "seriously what the fuck is wrong with me" if he saw his best friend in a state of emotional distress and started getting aroused by it. i need him to be fighting for his fucking life trying to hide a boner while akihiko's sniffling into his shoulder or some shit. looking at his face like "oh fuck" and promptly panicking. it's just so fucking funny to me i'm sorry it's who shinjiro is to me now and this is speaking as someone who isn't attracted to people crying.

i also like thinking about him making akihiko cry (or rather akihiko just being someone who cries) during sex. this isn't just me i know other akihiko fans (even non-akishinji enjoying akihiko fans) who feel the same way. when i wrote jawbreaker last year i mentioned akihiko tearing up midway through and while i couldn't commit to explicitly mentioning it i did write it with dacryphilic shinjiro in mind. personally i'm really not into dom/sub dynamics i think they're mid as fuck (especially for akishinji. like i just can't see that happening) but i'm personally of the opinion that shinjiro should be a little fucked up and find enjoyment in knocking akihiko down a peg. i mean the guy needs it and i think shinjiro needs it too after having to deal with his stubbornly idealistic annoying ass all day. i just think akihiko needs the daylights fucked out of him. or sucked out of him. or whatever works tbh. akihiko crying while frenetically topping shinjiro is such good food to me also. he's just so overstimmable
