THANK YOU YOU NEVER MISS (replying to both asks you sent) chisei likes playing with haruomi’s hair is also my hc… i think the simple repetitive motions make him feel calm but also i like to think that’s how chisei stakes his claims among other things he does for haruomi. smth smth chisei extends subtle control to every aspect of haruomi’s lives like how he dresses, how he wears his hair, down to the kind of soap he uses messes my brain up in such a way. it’s also a premise to my “chisei is possessive but doesn’t get jealous” portrayal because he’s already engraved himself to haruomi’s existence in the world… without that i would like to imagine him on a border destructive state of anxiety/insecurity—//kicked

and about the!! toxic!! i’m really fond of that because it’s ultimately how i see them normally but pushed to the extreme. not to mention i believe haruomi does inherently have a people-pleasing streak that chisei exploits thoroughly along the former’s soft spot for him EUGH i just think. the potential reward/punishment system for training would be so implicit but it works horribly well ie if haruomi does something chisei doesn’t like he would receive silent treatment and a cold shoulder whereas if he’s good he’ll be lavished with attention (stares at haruomi’s trauma) i’m really damn sure he has some variation if abandonment issues. imagine chisei sitting down and patting his thigh and haruomi almost instinctively drops everything to climb on his lap and chisei treating haruomi like a well-trained cat i promise i’m sane.
