oh yeah!! i sort of realized a few weeks ago after watching it again with a friend that i owe way more than i'd think to steven universe of all things?? my dolls are uh, uncomfortably close, what with the crystal cores that define a body around it, and the being built for one purpose to serve a horrifying universe-spanning empire, and uhhhh, the Witches in charge??? that one was kind of sobering, haha.
