my immediate reaction to their charts is like wow these dudes are obsessed with each other. but obsessed with each other in different ways. like kai is obsessed with soobin in a “this man takes up a lot of my brain space” and soobin is like magnetized to kai. i really enjoy their sun x rising synastry! like soobin pisces moon kai pisces rising! like kai feels like home to soobin and probably felt immediately comfortable with him. and then both water moons! yum! and this isn’t necessarily a synastry thing but i think a lot about soobin having a capricorn venus and not sparing time or effort in to people who aren’t worth it and then he just puts so much effort in to kai it makes me kinda crazy 🥲 and while this pairing is quite intense, at the end of the day they are both fire signs (compatible) so that all that intensity is washed over with some giggles and jokey jokes hehehe

1. he likes movies about music! so musicals or the main character is a musical artist On A Journey. like in one dream he kept referencing the movie Begin Again, his favorite movie is august rush and he talks about it all the time and then you’ll just notice it when he talks about his general favorites 😭 he has referenced camp rock and school of rock as well
2. he likes when foods are soft so like soft peaches over hard peaches, dumplings, etc and then the exception is cereal. he likes crunchy cereal.

what a question! ive been waiting years for someone to ask me this 😁 basically my beomkai brain rot started 2022 when i became suddenly curious about their dynamic (pre shipper days) and had decided to start keeping an eye on them cuz people don’t really talk about their dynamic? and then around the time of me getting in to shipping i finally saw the to do episode where kai said if gyu was a girl and they met outside the agency and he said he’d date him i went crazy 💕 and so it’s kinda like kai is my absolute favorite person ever and i support him and his crushes and that’s kinda what started the brainrot but not the only reasons i’ve stayed! so here are the reasons i like beomkai!
- so yes kai’s crush. so good.
- in the dream week anniversary content beomgyu gifted kai ice cream and said kai was the one he appreciated the most in the past year. he said even when he was having a hard time, he’d look at kai and kai would make him laugh. even when beomgyu would want to be mopey saying it even hurt his pride sometimes that he couldn’t help but laugh 😭 and i just love this dynamic like no matter what someone who can make you laugh no matter the circumstance 🥲
- they’re really just silly guys i love when they get in to shenanigans together and get up to no good. they just bounce off each other! i also just love the “sunshine” character in media and they both feel like that to me and so i love when they’re together being double sunshine double fun double love double silly
- i feel like in terms of love languages beomgyus love language is words of affirmation while kais is physical touch but then they meet in the middle fulfilling acts of service for each other 😭 i really love the way beomgyu takes taking care of kai So Seriously as if it’s his job and how kai takes care of him too? i’m pretty sure kai has helped beomgyu trim his nose hair like 😭 idk they’re always doing acts of service stuff like helping each other with wardrobe malfunctions etc! and i’m pretty sure beomgyu has mentioned kai being too nice and feel like he’s taking advantage of him and im just like GYU JUST ACCEPT THE LOVE YOU ARE GOOD AT LOVING TOO ITS OKAY
- and lastly i think ive noticed that they reflect all the ships i’ve had in the past 😭 they’re incredibly adhd x autism coded which is also a common theme for me in terms of ships (sorry for projecting) they’re kinda like anna and kristoff from frozen or lorelai and luke from gilmore girls (this one is a bit of a stretch but i Have Reasons) or clarke and lois from smallville (perhaps i just want kai in a flannel idk)
also in general when they’re written well they give me this insane brain tingle that i never want to end
