hi! i havent received a confirmation mail (but my order was placed), is it normal? reguarding the shipping fees increase, do we have to pay something more if we paid before the new prices were announced?
Hi there! Please DM us on any of our socials with your email address, name, and what you ordered and we will track that down for you! Regarding the shipping fee increase, no you will not have to pay something more if you ordered prior to that increase going into effect as it was just enacted by the USPS. Thank you!
