i don’t mind talking about it! i have several different kinds of seizures (myoclonic, absence, tonic clonic, sleep seizures, etc) so sometimes i have multiple in a day, typically at least several a week. but if you’re thinking of big convulsive or passing out type seizures like tonic clonic ones, that’s maybe once or twice a month, sometimes more, sometimes less! it’s all just a part of daily life for me, still annoying tho lol
