Hello sprout!

I saw you asking for good news today and I thought I’d share some of mine! I hope this doesn’t come off as bragging but rather a way to spread the peace while everything feels like it’s burning.

I managed to score significantly lower on the mental health questionnaires my therapist makes me do (still have depression but my anxiety score has dropped to normal levels!), I am now together with a girl I’ve been pining over for a year now, and I found the most beautiful red leaf when walking home today.

In addition, I really hope you know how lovely your work is to us readers. You are genuinely very inspiring and I hope you carry this truth with you as times get harder. It would be a lie to say your words haven’t made me cry before, as well as laugh like crazy (canoe be honest with me especially)
