Even with his memories erased, I love the subleties of Caelus relationship between him and the Stellaron Hunters.
If you place 3 Kafka cat cakes, she would ask where is he (or her for Stelle) showing that despite the memory wipe, Kafka still left that much of an impact on him that she searches for him.
Wish that Stelle shows more of this (maybe in the next path or element), but Caelus copying Blade's and Firefly's movements shows that he trained with them or was partnered with them enough to follow their lead.
Even before meeting Silver Wolf, during his idle Caelus plays video games. He and Silver Wolf must have played enough times that he must have been playing games when on break or not too busy during a mission.
Each of the Stellaron Hunters left such a huge impact on him that I don't even blame them for being friendly or amicable with him because memory wiped or not, he was their teammate and friend in one way or another.
I….wait…if you put three Shader Cats next to each other they talk about how much they miss Caelus and Stelle??? How did I not know about this???? Gimme a few minutes I need to check this out?!?!
I’m a bit sad that Stelle’s battle movesets don’t reflect the Stellaron Hunters like Caelus does (I recall their being a thread of the similarities between how Firefly and Caelus fight and making my own thread on how Caelus mirrors Blade a lot)
I’m just sad at the the thought of Caelus being so close to the Stellaron Hunters and how much that him leaving and forgetting about them probably hit the members really hard….like Silverwolf sneaking on the train to hang out with Caelus while Firefly trying to desperately salvage and rebuild their friendship from the ground up 😭
Caelus was the glue that held them together and probably meant the world to them if they’re betting everything they have so Caelus would succeed and maybe survive after the war between Aeons and their factions.
