Dan Heng canonically has no parents and SH Caelus is sex on legs so....
After that disastrous reveal and to make up past war crimes, Caelus took up a more parental/older role in the trio. Dan Heng, unused to being treated as someone younger, was unsure how to feel until he saw Caelus wipe out a horde of enemies with one hand with a gun while using the other to check on his and March's face.
It was after a couple of make up sex did Dan Heng call Caelus mommy. Amused and turned on, Caelus encourages Dan Heng to call him mommy, saying he will gladly become the mother of Dan Heng's kids, and to turn him into an actual mommy.

I think it would be difficult for Caelus to break away from being the youngest member of the AE trio even with his memories back and would definitely laugh if Dan Heng called him mommy.
Like that’s no mother, back in his day, others would refer to him as their queen or god…Dan Heng needs to step up his game and give his god the respect and worship he deserves.
Dan Heng can only call Caelus mommy after he puts some eggs into Caelus, don’t want to let that dumb horny dragon to get too ahead of himself.
