When do you think was when Dan Heng fell for Caelus? I like to think that he definitely had an immediate crush on him from the moment he and March laid eyes on him at the Space Station, and the CPR scene gave him a free excuse to make a move.
There’s also the way he sounded so “proud” when mentioning his role as the train’s guard to Caelus, almost like he was flirting in his own dorky way; and the way he said “…I think you’re not bad yourself” to our little Stellaron boy… he was so hopelessly smitten with him I’m positive he was silently jumping up and down in his heart when Caelus decided to board the Express 🥹
Hmmmm, to me…I don’t think falling in love with Caelus was as instantaneous as most people headcanon?
I’m not sure how to word it properly but ever since Caelus has been traveling together, Dan Heng and Caelus had always been glued to the hip.
They’ve been together for so long and experienced so many new firsts together that it never really struck Dan Heng that he was in love with him until one day, he realizes “Oh…I can’t imagine a life without him. I want us to be by each other’s side, I want to travel the world with Caelus…”
