Hi. I plan to run a fest but I'm pretty new to the idea. My no.1 worry is lack of support. Is there like a minimum participant number when running one? If you have an insufficient number of participants for a fest, like very few writers/prompters that are willing to participate, do you cancel/close it? I'm not sure who to ask this, sorry for the trouble haha. It would be appreciated if you/the other fest mods that see this can give out some advice on running a fest/adveritisng one!
