the same way asagiri names their parents (at least in BSPverse) ddfgk they're, with very few exceptions, named after real life authors, or something relating to them, as is shown on the bspverse document

in other verses this differs but usually i don't like name them randomly, in the event i have an entirely unrelated name, i use this website mostly. in other verses tho i usually go for names of the authors' kids, but sometimes i use authors who were inspired by the irl version of the bsd version's namesake if there aren't enough kids
