I don't even wanna be that person but its so sad that xiao/traveler is pushed so much when its doing the absolute worst for xiao's character and then on the other had we've got hu tao/xiao that could actually do so much to address his important themes in a way that isn't forced... what a shame
i don’t think xiao/trav is inherently harmful for his character development, but it’s definitely doing nothing for him 😅 even xiaoven makes more sense from a narrative perspective and that’s a ship i dislike. i just don’t understand why they’re pushing not only xiao but so many character to be enamored with trav as if it hasn’t been proven again and again that they would drop everything and everyone in an INSTANT to be reunited with their sibling
