no hate mavui but it's so strange how furi, who was once an Oceanid, seems more human than mavui, who is human and was born human. yeah i furi is human and all, but she has that oddness of not fully understanding humans too. but mavui? i was so looking forward to seeing a more vulnerable side of her, but she seems so perfect that she feels more like the other Archons
i think it’s because they made “humanity” a big part of furina’s characterization (in contrast to her “divinity”) and since fontaine is more character driven than natlan the difference is very noticeable. we only got a small glimpse of mavu’s vulnerability, which is honestly a pity— they could’ve done a lot more!
