Hello! As the Dr.Ratio whisperer, is there a given reason why he joined the intelligentsia guild? Why would he want to interact with the IPC at all? (HC but I think it might have had to do the fall of the Philosophers Union during the Rupert Wars, with the IPC offering a 'loan' after the fact). Thanks in advance! 🌕
There isn't any given reason, it's only said in his CS3 that he received the letter from the IPC, and when he read it, his TA at the time heard "a grim sigh followed by self-deprecating laughter", which does make me wonder what they offered him since Ratio's entire philosophy seems very anti-capitalist lmfao. That is a good theory, though, I have considered that myself since there were IPC employees who recorded the fall of the Philosopher's Union and if we go with the likelihood of Ratio being connected to the Laurel Wreath Galaxy himself, then it does make you wonder, right?
