Always love seeing your works! You've mentioned a few times about your sense of art direction... was there any books/resources early on that helped you grow that skill?
I self-teach by observing directly and deciding for myself what the patterns are and what works or not, and by what artists I like have to say about their own decision making.
But if it helps, a lot of my creative decisions are based almost entirely in film theory, and I enjoy watching a lot of what directors have to say about their own films a lot . For video essays, Every Frame a Painting is a good starting point with that.
As a rule I'm probably the worst person to ask for any kind of artistic resources, I don't really use them and all the technical knowledge/vernacular I know about the craft comes from any 101 wikipedia article.
