Do you have any small advice to anyone who wants to or is creating a VN? Or any nitpicks?
My small quick advice is that the best way to get started is to get started. Make a story outline, make a character design sheet, start drawing (or commission someone to draw) your characters, start messing around in RenPy, etc. Less talking, more doing. You'll learn by doing.
My "nitpicks" would be to build a project that has a manageable scope and to be adaptable/flexible as things change. I see a lot of VN creators bite off more than they can chew. I also see a lot projects get bogged down or stop completely because the creator can't adapt when they need to reevaluate the scope of their project.
