If the cast were in a Friday the 13th slasher movie situation, who would die first? (Would the answer change if they were in Aliens instead?)
From a director/writer point of view, April would need to die first. April would keep the group together and rational during the whole ordeal, and getting rid of her is like knocking down the first domino.
