Since guessing the lyrics is harder for some of you, I'll just do my lyrics analysis since I love sharing these with you all!

I've battled with the darkness of oblivion
Flew close to the sun hoping it'd lead to salvation
Set fire to my wings and drowned
Will I ever make it out of this prison?
What's the point of living now if I'm not worth saving?

This hit like a train to my oc (haha) But seriously it HURTS. In my personal experience, this is how depression affects the person when the mind gets to a point where they would do anything to try and stop living, to stop their pain. The oblivion: Their thoughts, The sun: The light at the end of the tunnel, perhaps, even the hospital wouldn't allow it, so it burnt their wings, and fell back into a relapse, knowing they are awake another day. Icarus is used as a reference for this, and i must say. I love it. "Would I make it out of this prison?" Is basically saying, will I heal? Overall, they're asking why are they alive if they're experiencing pain. They've been saved, but why? They don't see themselves as worth saving. Those of you who don't see worth in yourselves, there WILL be people out there, if not currently, who will love you. Just by being you is amazing. I can't even be me properly, but you know what? I know I'm loved. I suffer from severe chronic bipolar depression and I'm getting through. I know you can too! If you relate to this, or know someone relating to this, please know, or let them know, there are people out there who will help. I will also try to help, that's a promise. I love you all./p
